PROMO items are No.2 Grade Produce, meaning they might have a few imperfections like bruising or discoloration, but they’re still good to eat. These items are a budget-friendly choice and perfect for use within a few days or for preserving through canning, freezing, or dehydrating.

We also share tips on how to make the most of Value Deals through meal planning and food preservation. By working with farmers and suppliers, we ensure more produce is used, not wasted.
How does Next-Day Delivery Work?
In order to recieve your orders next-day, please place your orders before 5 PM the day prior to get Next-Day Delivery. Orders after 5 PM will be delivered the following day.
Example Monday Order
If ordered before 5pm on Monday, it will be delivered Tuesday between 10am - 9:30pm
If order is placed after 5pm, this order will be delivered Wednesday.
Why am I not able to checkout?
Incomplete Address:
"Shipping not available - Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address" If this ERROR Message populates, please try Troubleshooting, like so:
GOOGLE SUGGESTED ADDRESS: In the address bar at checkout, type in address so Google may auto populate the address.
If an address is not recognized by our system, please send us an email to cs@producecart.ca with a screenshot of your entry so we may manually input your order.

Why is there an order minimum?
Order minimums are established to ensure all of our deliveries meet our minimum order threshold of $30 to keep our services active.
What if my products arrive and I am missing something?
We try our best to fulfill all orders; however, if there is a chance an item is missing, please send us an email to cs@producecart.ca with your Order # & Missing Product
What if I'm unavailable during the delivery window?
Our driver will attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, your package will be securely placed at your door per your instructions.
What do I do if the quality of product is not adequate?
We ensure during the packing and fulfilment process the produce is in the best possible shape for you. If by chance the produce is not up to your standards, please snap a few pictures and send an email to our Customer Support team at cs@producecart.ca
CLEARANCE/ No.2 Produce is considered FINAL SALE as we have discounted them further due to quality standards. Unfortunately no refunds are eligible for these products.
